About
We empower current and aspiring African leaders, both private and public, to become the best version of themselves
We assist our clients in defining specific action steps that will produce the most positive and measurable impacts on themselves and their teams/communities in order to ensure sustainable success.
We empower current and aspiring African leaders, both private and public, to become the best version of themselves, with moral vision, competence, and creativity, so they can create innovative change in an environment of peace and fulfillment through integrity, compassion, respect, and tolerance.
Respect includes respect for yourself and those around you. Self-respect involves treating yourself with kindness and feeling a sense of pride in yourself while not allowing others to treat you poorly. Treating others with respect may involve accepting people for who they are, even if their beliefs, actions, or motivators differ from yours. Tolerance is built on mutual respect through mutual understanding; it implies that one accepts differences in people. You don’t expect others to think, look, speak, or act like you. Tolerant people are generally free of prejudice and discrimination.
Integrity is when you do the right thing, even when you are not being watched. It’s being consistent and honest in your beliefs and decision-making. Having a strong level of integrity means you have a sense of character, trustworthiness, and honesty, which build your reputation as a dependable person. When you are an upstanding person with a strong sense of integrity, you become the type of person with whom people want to associate. Being able to build these stronger relationships opens you up to finding greater levels of success and happiness in your life.
Compassion is taking the time to understand the suffering of others and, hopefully, being able to do something to alleviate this suffering. Many types of struggles and suffering in the world can be alleviated; with a core value like compassion, you might be able to help your fellow humans in meaningful ways. Being compassionate is more than just listening to others; it’s about putting aside your judgment and trying your best to put yourself in the shoes of other people who need help.
“I’m not here to hand you the key to your success, but to help you shape it, so it unlocks your potential.”
